-When you got banned.
-Ask why or what you think you did wrong.

You get banned mostly for Hacking.

We're currently working on a lag fix client that allows you to pick up items faster and distribute your stat/skill points faster. We're basically trying to take out the lag so you wouldn't have to sit there for a long time distributing your stat points. Hopefully it'll take out our DC problem.
